What excellent taste in cars sir! I am 61 and have never seen a steel sliding sunroof in a Mk2 before this side of the pond - a factory option I option? It looks in fantastic condition. Finding a Mk2 here that isn't rotten without a lottery win is a bit of a challenge. Always had a keen interest in Jags - had a 3.4 S Type at the age of 18 which I kept for 12 years and always regretted selling. As a retirement present to myself I've bought a '67 XKE coupe - absolutely love it! I rarely use my 'daily driver' modern car except when its raining - only put fuel in modern car twice in 2017!!

Thank you for you kind comments on my Jaguar. The roof is a special order item and is very rare. This car also features a positive traction rear end with is an option on the 3.4 Liter Mk 2, I also have the reclining seats, it is 4 speed with od. I added the seats, wire wheels and upgraded to 9-1 on the last rebuild. I have enjoyed the car over the years and drive it every chance I get when the weather is good.
